Bolton's Cottage is a newly converted barn situated in the heart of Rutland. As well as an open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen, there are two bedrooms; one room has a king size bed and en suite while the other has twin beds and a separate bathroom. The cottage is not suitable for more than 4 people to stay.

Bolton's Cottage is centrally located in Rutland, nestled between several beautiful market towns. Rutland Water is situated just over a mile away and boasts activities such as sailing, cycling and nature reserves. We have some fantastic walks for dogs nearby but if you are bringing your furry friend please ask first as we only accept small, well behaved dogs.
