Covid-19
We are able to take bookings from 4th July 2020 in accordance with UK government advice. We have been working hard to ensure the cottage is ready for guests and inline with the guidelines issued for holiday cottages.
What we are doing
Deep clean
We have been working hard to ensure the cottage is ready for guests and inline with the guidelines issued for UK holiday cottages. We are maintaining our high standards of cleaning and each clean will be a deep clean using an effective covid-19 sanitiser on door handles, light switches and hard surfaces. Towels and bed linen will be washed at 60 degrees, this will include pillow protecters and mattress protecters. During your stay the space is not shared by another guests so there are no communal areas.
Risk Assessment
We have conducted a comprehensive risk assessment to ensure our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. This is available in the cottage.
Personal hygiene
Hand sanitiser and products that kill Covid19 are available in the cottage for guests to use. These are also placed in the key safe area. The owners are on site, in a separate property, and we will say hello - at a 2m distance so please don't think us rude if we do not shake your hand in our usual warm welcome!
Sundries
Sadly, we have had to remove sundries such as our big jars of coffee and tea, flour and seasonings etc. However, on arrival, sachets of tea, coffee and milk are available.
